Firestone Duncan is a premier provider of offshore services.  While the company does not actually register offshore entities, it does coordinate the registration of offshore entities with offshore administrators to meet its client's needs.  These entities often include holding companies for Russian subsidiaries, offshore companies that will open Russian representative offices or branch offices, registration of offshore intermediary companies, and the establishment of trusts to hold family assets including offshore and Russian companies.

Many clients have lately learned that the offshore companies and other holdings that they created will not automatically pass upon their deaths to their wives and children.  They have therefore worked with us to put their assets in family trusts so that upon their deaths their heirs will be provided for automatically and without delay.

The firm also advises its clients regarding establishing offshore or foreign commercial banking relations and how to put offshore assets to work.  Although we are not in the business of giving investment advice, recommending banks or investment advisors, we do advise our clients about the types of responsible investment options available and we help them to establish relations with reputable banks and investment advisors.
